They will be going to to North land, This is their third time visiting NZ. During their Auckland stay, Prince Charles and Camilla will receive an official welcome at Government House and meet with Prime Minister Jacinda Arden.

It will be the first time a member of the royal family has visited Waitangi since the Prince of Wales’ visit 25 years ago. The couple will fly out of New Zealand next Saturday.

I am happy a royal family has visited New Zealand

Manaiakalani Film Festival!

Image result for cinema
Every year we go to the cinemas to watch short films that student have created, Two students go on stage and present on what here film is based on.

When we went on Wednesday to the cinemas, I was excited to see all the interesting films but mostly exited to watch our schools one. Our classes film was formed on sign language. My favourite one was a tamaki college film because it represents how different and unique people are and we cant judge them.

This year was my last year going manaiakalani but I had a good time for my last year and enjoyed watching the films.

A Huge storm!

On Tuesday I was watching the news. I saw that Auckland was going to be hit by a huge storm so I prepared myself. A few hours later there was an enormous storm. I was terrified because I thought that something could have happened. A tree could have fallen on my house or the roof might have flown off so I snuggled in a fluffy blanket to keep me warm and relaxed.

As I was watching TV I heard a buzz. Then lights went out. The television switched off automatically because there was a power outage. Suddenly, I heard weird banging noises coming from my balcony so I went upstairs, hopped into my bed and fell off to sleep.

New Zealand Facts

I  have learned that in 1921
there was a lot of green trees, green
grass and a lot more fruit trees.

Now there is a lot more houses, buildings and shops.
