A strong confident swimmer

I learned how to become a strong and confident swimmer. I learned that kicking your legs faster will help you stay afloat and get to the other side of the pool faster. I feel like I have improved since the first week of swimming because I have been trying to work very hard to make my swimming techniques stronger.

We were very lucky to have professional swimmers come in. You have definitely made a lot of improvement. Well done in swimming Liza :)
